By combining the time-honored local culinary techniques with a modern twist, we are committed to delivering superbly conceived dishes that offer contemporary interpretations of the classics.


Meet our chef

The culinary career of Chef Nguyen Van Hai began when he started working as a cook assistant in a Western restaurant. After two years, he went to study cooking in a traveling vocational school in Hanoi, majoring in fusion cuisine and graduating in 2009. He currently has nine years of experience in European and Asian baking techniques and five years of experience as a chef in different cooking branches of Hoa Sua vocational school. He was appointed head chef in various well-known hotel groups in Hanoi, including Serenade, Song Thu, Lotte, and Maison D’Hanoi.

Our menu features the very best in authentic flavorful Vietnamese cuisine including dishes from all regions of the country as well as an extensive selection of favorite international fare, prepared by our dedicated and experienced chefs and served by a team of passionate staff.



Note: During holiday periods such as Christmas, New Year, Tet Lunar New Year there will be selected set special menus and we recommend booking a table in advance.
