The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking. Online booking by the Client implies acceptance of these
terms and conditions. In these terms and conditions, the expression ‘The
client’ means the person, firms or company booking the accommodation at the
Hotel.
Child Policy
Complementary for child under 05 years old, sharing bed with
parents, including breakfast, baby cot can be set up upon request and subject
to availability.
Surcharge VND235,000/night including breakfast for child
from 05 – 11 years old, sharing bed with parents.
Surcharge VND587,000/night including breakfast and extra bed for child if extra bed is requested.
Reservation Policy
Check-in time: From 14h00. Early check in before 14h00 will be charged 50% of 1 (one) night paying rate. If check in before 06h00, 1 (one) full night of paying rate shall be applied.
Check out time: Before 12 noon. Late check out until 18h00
will be charged 50% of 1 (one) night paying rate. Late check out after 18h00, 1
(one) full night of paying rate shall be applied.
Day Use Room
Day use room will be charged 50% of 1 (one) night paying
rate for use between 11h00 and 18h00 of the same day. Arrival before 11h00 and
departure after 18h00 of the same day will be fully charged 1 (one) night
paying rate.

Deposit & Payment
Unless a credit is established, full payment to Hotel is
required to complete before "No cancellation charge" deadline for
each group size or based on our official confirmation prior to check in date by
Hotel. If the bookings are confirmed less than the “No cancellation charge”
date, Clients shall make full payment within that mentioned date or such a
shorter time to ensure that Hotel has received full prepayment for all bookings
before the guests check in.
Hotel reserves the right to release part or all bookings if the payment is not completed as deadline.
