Itinerary

9:30 Meet us at The Rhythms Restaurant – 7th floor of La Sinfonia del Rey - 33 Hang Dzau street. Receive a brief introduction of Vietnamese cooking ways and our chef’s today menu, who is also your food guide. Then, our chef will take you to visit a nearby local market and choose the ingredients for the meal you will create. When buying and chatting with stallholders, you will know how to select the best products and bargain for the best prices. Our chef will also provide you some necessary information about Vietnamese herbs and spices which are very important in Asian cuisines. This is also a chance to learn some simple and relevant words of Vietnamese language that can be useful and fun for you to bargain anything you want to buy afterwards in your Vietnam trip.

10:15 After buying the necessary ingredients, go back to our kitchen and get ready for the cooking class. Our chef, with a strong passion and expertise for traditional Vietnamese food, will guide you step-by-step through the intricacies and fundamentals of making each dish. Furthermore, our chef also explains and teach you how to serve, decorate and the correct way to eat them as well.

12:30 After finishing your cooking, you will enjoy your own cooked meal in our beautiful The Rhythms Restaurant
